Shrimp Fry


Shrimp : 1/2lb
Salt : 1/2tsp
Chilli powder : 1/2tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2tsp
Turmeric : 1/4tsp(optional)
Besan Powder: 3tsp
Oil : 2tbsp

1. Take a bowl mix all Ingredients except oil. shrimp has some moisture so while mixing there is no need of water, if required then use little water. Keep a side this mix for 30 minutes.
2. Take a pan, keep on stove and pour oil, oil get heated,  take 6-8 shrimps(depending on the pan size you took more also) and fry in the oil.
3.Check the shrimp is cooked or not,it cooked then take it out and place on a tissue paper to remove excess oil. don't put the stove in high falme. Fry all the shrimps like this. Don't do over frying.
4.Place it in serving bowl and serve hot with Ranch or any hot sause.Other way you can serve this as side dish for Rice also.
note: If you over fried, then shrimp losses it's original softness, so check the shrimp is cooked then remove from the pan.
I am not deep frying, like this also you feel it as deep fried and it's soft and little crunchy.
